Local Authorities
We work with local authorities across Lancashire and Greater Manchester to provide targeted therapeutic interventions, professional consultation and training for services supporting children and young adults.
Our work focuses on implementing Cognitive Behavioural and Interpersonal psychotherapy to provide evidence-backed outcomes.
Early Intervention Mental Health Support
We provide early therapeutic support for children and young people experiencing emotional distress, anxiety or difficulties engaging with education. Early intervention can help prevent difficulties escalating while supporting young people to develop practical strategies for emotional well-being.
Emotionally Based School Avoidance Interventions
We offer targeted support for children and young people experiencing anxiety-related school avoidance. Interventions focus on understanding the underlying difficulties, supporting emotional regulation and helping young people gradually re-engage with education
Trauma-informed Training
Our half-day training session draws on trauma-informed approaches to help professionals understand how experiences of stress and adversity can impact behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement with learning.
Training and consultation support services in developing safe, supportive environments for vulnerable young people.
Neurodivergence Training
Our 1.5 hour training session, supports services in developing better understanding of neurodivergence, including ADHD, Autism, masking and burnout. Our approach focuses on helping young people feel understood while developing strategies that support emotional regulation.
Professional Consultation and Training
We provide consultation and evidence-informed training for professionals working with children and young people. This includes guidance on complex cases, therapeutic formulation and practical strategies to support emotional wellbeing and engagement with education.
